How safe is your home?

We all know that falls are common, but many falls are preventable.
We offer:
- An experienced Occupational Therapist to conduct a safety check with practical recommendations to improve safety around your home.
- Use of a well researched and reliable home hazards checklist.
- Identification of safety issues pertinent to your lifestyle and home situation.
- Referral to suitably qualified and experienced local services and suppliers specialising in this area.
You may be able to claim a rebate through private health insurance for this home assessment.
More extensive follow-up assessment can be arranged if issues outside the scope of the safety checklist are identified.
This assessment is designed for those who are coping well at home but just want to be sure that they have done everything possible to prevent unnecessary injuries.
